I had a wonderful stay at Copthorne Makkah Naseem Hotel from February 4 to 8, 2025. I booked a junior suite, which was impressively spacious and offered a beautiful view of Al Rajhi Grand Mosque, adding to the overall serene experience. That being said, I must commend the excellent housekeeping service. Special thanks to Hamid and Sajib, who were exceptionally professional, active, and honest. They responded quickly to requests and ensured that the room was always in perfect condition.

I had a pleasant stay at Copthorne Makkah Naseem Hotel from January 6 to 11, 2025. The junior suite was spacious and offered a beautiful view of Al Rajhi Grand Mosque, which made my experience truly enjoyable. The room was well-maintained, comfortable, and provided a relaxing atmosphere.

The power was already activated in the room to prepare the A/C & heating. Breakfast was good with wide variety. Complimentary water was provided in larger size compared to other hotels. The bathroom was super clean.

From the moment of arrival, the Copthorne Hotel impressed with its exquisite style and welcoming atmosphere, enhanced by traditional Saudi hospitality of kahwa and dates in the aromatic hallways. While the rooms are pleasant despite compact bathrooms, it's the room service staff, especially Hamid, who truly elevate the experience with their exceptional warmth and professionalism – their genuine friendliness truly exemplifies the joy of hospitality. Highly recommended for both business travelers and those performing Umrah.

The location is far from haram but bus service is good and drop near haram at Ajyad. The breakfast was good, room was spacious and having sofa for 4 and coffee table. The hotels area surrounding big mosque, children play area, coffee shop , walk way to relax with family in evening. A plenty of outdoor parking space. We were late and hotel was properly responding to our messages via booking.com

The location was excellent. There is large parking area, accompanied by walking area, good area around the Masjid for family and children to walk around freely. No crowd or rush, also there is facility for children to play. there is Danube store in vicinity which makes it convenient to buy daily needs at ease. The bus service is available to haram.

Location, although it's not near Haram but there are taxis and shuttle service. Good location for someone coming on a short trip for only Umrah purpose. Parking available. Quite hotel with good number of elevators. Food was okay with available options.
